Hazy Bet Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms & Conditions

Hazy Bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and betting platform operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Hazy Bet and its users.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on Hazy Bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false details may be closed at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account are not permitted.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided during account registration must be accurate and truthful.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Hazy Bet may request a national ID or other documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is completed.

3 Deposit Policy

Deposits on Hazy Bet must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account are not accepted and may be returned.

Key Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and bank transfer.
• After making a deposit, you must submit the correct transaction ID (TrxID).
• Hazy Bet is not responsible for balance not being updated due to an incorrect TrxID being provided.
• Hazy Bet reserves the right to decline funds received from third-party payments or unknown sources.
• Hazy Bet does not charge any processing fee for deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Hazy Bet processes all valid withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. However, withdrawals may be delayed or declined if certain conditions are not met.

Key Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are only processed once an account has been verified.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals via mobile banking are typically processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• Hazy Bet reserves the right to investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hazy Bet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being forfeited.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Please read the full terms of the relevant promotion before claiming any bonus.
• Welcome bonuses are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 20–30x.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Free spins or free bets are generally valid for 7 days.
• Hazy Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus abuse (including multiple accounts, use of VPN, etc.) is subject to penalties.
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.

6 Betting Rules

All bets and games on Hazy Bet are governed by strict rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

• If a bet is cancelled during live betting due to an internet outage or technical issue, it may not be possible to re-place the bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets placed on that market will be voided and stakes will be returned.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely random.
• If a winning bet is placed on odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Hazy Bet reserves the right to void the payout.
• Match-fixing or any form of betting fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hazy Bet. Violations may result in account suspension as well as legal action.

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted country using a VPN or proxy.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Making deposits using another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any other form of technical assault.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Hazy Bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found to have been provided.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
• If evidence of being underage is found.
• If access from a restricted country is confirmed.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned.
